    Kanban started out in Taiwan as Kanban Culture. The name, while titularly similar to a teamwork development framework, is in fact rooted in Chinese. Kan means “to publish”, and Ban stands for “great”, together representing the philosophical ideal of our root in public displays – “to publish great”. It also happens to pun “public display” in Japanese, to no coincidence. The Culture in Kanban Culture represents the amalgamation of Content, Design, User Experience, and Advertisement, inseparable and in unison. A Great campaign isn’t about one silver bullet, but everything clicking, from intent through system to engagements. Our name embodies how we feel pDOOH media as it should be.

    Kanban is now a group of global companies, each serving its regional markets. Kanban Culture in Taiwan serving the Pacific and American markets, Kanban International in Hong Kong serving the Greater Bay and China markets, and Kanban Digital in Singapore serving SEA and EMEA markets.
